FAQ

I would like to order from Freebie Coupon Corner,
but I don't have a printer or a credit card. How do I order?

You can use Paypal by directing payment to freebie@couponcorner.net. Other options include paying for your subscription by check over the internet and by mail. If you are using one of these other options, please contact me with which method you would prefer to use and the product which you intend to buy. I will inform you on how to go about ordering using these methods.

Why is ordering with your credit card at Freebie Coupon Corner safe?

The credit card ordering system is safe. We use a service (SSL) which encrypts your credit card while it is transferred over the internet.

Why do you request my e-mail address when I order?

A valid e-mail address is required for all e-book orders, because without it we cannot send your e-book to you. Please double check your e-mail address before submitting your order.

What is an E-book?

An e-book is just like a book, but it is received by e-mail or via a website link. You can receive e-books in various formats, but we currently offer .PDF format.

What is .PDF format?

A program such as Microsoft Word uses .DOC format. This is the three letter extension after the file name. .PDF is the three letter extension of any Adobe Acrobat file. If you want to view the e-book, you will need to have a copy of Adboe Acrobat on your computer. You can receive a free download of Adobe Acrobat Reader at: http://www.adobe.com

Will my personal information (name, address, phone number and e-mail) be kept confidential?

Freebie Coupon Corner will never sell or give away any of your personal information without first obtaining your permission. An example of when I would request personal information: My local paper did a story about Freebie Coupon Corner Newsletter, and the assistant editor wanted a couple subscriber phone numbers. This way, she could call and get their comments. I called the subscribers & requested their permission before giving out their phone numbers. This is Freebie Coupon Corner's policy, and it will never be altered.

I ordered a product within the last 2 months & I can't access the members only website. Why?

I suggest visiting our troubleshooting page at: http://www.couponcorner.net/troubleshooting.html On a very rare occasion, we will experience problems and the members only website will be down. If this is the case, please continue checking back every few days to find out when it is up and running. If you are a e-mail list member, you will automatically be notified when the website is back up.

The other reason may be you ordered your product between the 15th of the first month and the 15th of the second month (Example: January 29th). In this case, you would only receive one month's access before you would need to order again.

I would like to subscribe with my credit card. How do I do this?

Simply click here to purchase using your credit card.

Can I order using my debit card?

Yes, your debit card works just like a credit card. You may use a Visa debit card to order.

I checked the order form and there are back issues for sale. What exaclty are back issues?

From 1997 - 2001, Freebie Coupon Corner was a newsletter. During this time, Freebie Coupon Corner produced 48 newsletters on the topic of receiving free groceries. Some of these newsletters are still available for purchase. Back issues of newsletters are currently sent by snail mail (USPS) rather than by e-mail.
